This is really great information. I have found that there is a lot of misinformation on the internet about health issues therefore I appreciate your great content. I find that regular activity, such as running, is good for your health and will help you keep fit. Personally I love starting my day with some simple yoga exercises. This will even help keep you fit in the bedroom. The only other issue you have to be aware of is your sexual health. Especially the HPV Virus seems to be up and coming but an infection can easily be avoided if you have informed yourself about this subject. What does anyone else think on this?

I see that the CDC is publishing information on how one can lower the risk of contracting influenza. They always tend to miss one of the most important points: contrary to popular belief cold and flu viruses do not thrive in cold, damp environments. Rather, they prefer warm, dry environments. This is why the flu tends to run through offices and dormitories. So one of your best defenses is to lower your thermostat and use humidifiers. Keep the temperature in your home below 70 deg. F and, if possible, the relative humidity above 50%. You may be a bit chilly, but you will significantly lower the probability of contracting the virus.
